Welcome to Southall Assistance Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "Southall Assistance"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website southall-assistance.co.uk and all services provided by us. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Southall Assistance Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
In these Terms and Conditions:
When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. A contract is formed when we issue a booking confirmation. This confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Errors in names, dates, passport details, or other information may result in additional charges or inability to travel.
When making a booking on behalf of other persons, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before confirming your booking.
Airline prices are subject to change until full payment is received and tickets are issued. Price changes may occur due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or airline pricing policies.
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees. These will be clearly displayed before payment completion.
Requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur charges from the Service Provider plus our administration fee of £25 per person per change.
Cancellation charges vary depending on the airline and fare type. Generally, cheaper fares are non-refundable. Our cancellation fee is £50 per person in addition to any charges imposed by the Service Provider.
We are not responsible for changes or cancellations made by airlines or other Service Providers. In such cases, we will assist you in finding alternatives but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14-28 working days. Administration fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documentation. We provide information as a courtesy but accept no liability for incorrect or incomplete information.
You must arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in, security, and boarding. Minimum check-in times vary by airline and airport. We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
You are responsible for checking health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations and COVID-19 restrictions. We recommend consulting the UK Foreign Travel Advice before booking.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date for most international travel. Some countries require blank pages for visas. It is your responsibility to check and comply with all entry requirements.
We are not visa specialists. For complex visa requirements, we recommend using a professional visa service. Denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation will result in forfeiture of all payments.
We act as an agent for Service Providers. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other Service Providers.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or additional expenses.
Where we act as an ATOL holder, our obligations and your protections are governed by the ATOL scheme. For non-ATOL protected bookings, you may have recourse through credit card chargeback schemes or travel insurance.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to Force Majeure events. In such circumstances, we will work with Service Providers to find suitable alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by Southall Assistance Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
